i found ample parking upon arrival. check-in was quick and easy. my room had a spacious layout with a comfortable bed. the breakfast offered a good variety, including a tasty full scottish option (the haggis was well-prepared).
the gym could use some updating.

I found the reception area spacious, offering ample seating. The bus station is conveniently located near the hotel. A few stops took me to the sea. The hotel also offers good onsite parking. I appreciated the train station nearby. It provided quick access to the city center.
Housekeeping entered my room despite the 'do not disturb' sign. They threw away my food. Although the staff provided chicken burgers as compensation, the garbage remained on the night stand.

The room was spacious and clean. access to the pool was very easy. The staff were friendly too. it was also easy to get there by bus since the bus stop was just outside.
I pre-booked and asked for aircon but it was ignored. I also asked for a fridge. the window lacked instructions on how to close it properly so i hardly slept the first night due to noise and heat. our bath was completely blocked by the third night with lots of weird stuff coming out of the plughole.
